I am a fitness professional. As such, my expertise is in evaluating muscle imbalances, designing corrective exercise programs and general fitness programs, and with my older clients, slowing down the decline in fitness that comes with aging. Wellness, however, incorporates much more than just physical fitness. In this section, I will share information about some of the other wellness dimensions, such as nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, self care, and with help from some experts in their field, women’s health issues.
